Join the Premier’s Active April Program

Hi Kids,
I’ve just signed up for the Premier’s Active April Program.  Let’s see as a grade if we can accumulate the most hours for our school. Ask mum or dad’s permission to join and follow Miss Craig’s instructions below to sign up.  There are some great offers up for grabs including 10 free passes to Casey Arc or Casey Race. Just in time for the school holidays, who know’s I might even see you there.

Premier’s Active April is a Victorian Government initiative which encourages Victorians to get more active, more often and participate in 30 minutes of physical activity a day during April. This year our school will be participating in Premier’s Active April and we are inviting students to join their school or class team and get more active, more often.
Families who have been registered in previous years may login using their username and password. If you have not been involved before this year you may register on their website, www.activeapril.vic.gov.au or complete the consent form in last week’s newsletter.

Once you have registered your child they can then join our ‘school team’. Our Team Name is Berwick Lodge Primary School and our Team ID is berwick-lodge-ps. We encourage all families to join up as there are incentives available for participating and there will be activities at school to support the students being active more often.
